Famed Pop Artist: Justin Hampton, was a guest artist at the 'Manifest Hope: DC' official Inaugural Art Exhibition. Celebrating the art of the Obama campaign. His work was displayed with Shepard Fairey, Ron English, David Choe to name a few of the A-List artists.

Yosi Sergant of Evolutionary Media Group invited Hampton to take part in this history defining exhibit after seeing Justin's political poster 'That One: History', which Justin independently designed to show his support of the Obama presidential campaign.

“My painting is a riff on the infamous cover I designed for the controversial 2004 ‘Grey Album’ by the super producer Danger Mouse of Gnarls Barkley fame. Not only did I put Obama and historical figures in place of Jay-Z and The Beatles, but I tied together 150 years of American Freedom Fighters in one image” Explains Hampton. This image was seen on every major news channel covering the event.

Justin Hampton is a world renowned pop artist and is known as one of the leaders in the modern Rock N’ Roll poster movement. His work has been published in many books including the definitive tome of the gig poster genre; The Art of Modern Rock. Hampton has been creating rock art for the past 15 years and his posters are highly sought after by collectors. He is the definitive artist for the rock band Queens of the Stone Age for whom he has created classic imagery since 2002.
